1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Click Battles (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and others who access or use Click Battles.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Click Battles. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. User Accounts

You may register using a supported third-party authentication provider (Google or X/Twitter). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any other user
• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or other means to artificially inflate scores or game metrics
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the Service or other users' enjoyment of it
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage rather than reporting them

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without prior notice.

5. Global Chat

Click Battles provides a real-time global chat feature. By using the chat, you agree that:

• You will not post spam, hate speech, or content that is discriminatory or offensive
• You will not share personal information of other users without their consent
• You will not advertise external services, websites, or products
• Chat messages may be moderated or removed at our discretion

6. Virtual Currency & Donations

Click Battles uses an in-game virtual currency called Sparks. Sparks have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts. Sparks are earned through gameplay and awarded at our discretion.

VIP membership is offered through voluntary donations processed by PayPal. Donations are non-refundable. VIP status is granted manually by the administrator and may take up to 24 hours to activate. Click Battles reserves the right to modify or revoke VIP benefits at any time. By donating, you acknowledge that you are making a voluntary contribution to support the platform, not purchasing a guaranteed product or service.

7. Leaderboards & Competitive Integrity

All scores submitted to leaderboards must be obtained through legitimate gameplay. We reserve the right to remove scores, reset standings, or disqualify any user we believe has engaged in cheating, exploitation, or score manipulation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Click Battles — including but not limited to its design, graphics, game mechanics, and text — are owned by Click Battles and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of Click Battles is subject to our privacy practices. We collect and store data necessary to operate the Service, including your username, profile picture, game scores, and activity timestamps. This data is used solely for operating and improving Click Battles. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Authentication is handled through Google and X/Twitter, each governed by their own privacy policies.

10. Disclaimers

Click Battles is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for any loss of data, scores, virtual items, or account access resulting from technical issues, maintenance, or any other cause.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Click Battles and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of virtual currency, or loss of access to your account.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via in-game notice.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting the administrator. Upon termination, all associated data including scores, Sparks, and achievements may be permanently deleted.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation where possible.
